The Dempsey Cruise!

The Dempsey Family is on a Royal Caribbean cruise to the Bahamas for New Year's!  Bon Voyage!!  What a great way to start out a new year!  In the meantime, Mama Lou and Papa get to keep our "grand dog" for a week!😨😲

Santa brought Belle a new saddle and turquoise colored saddle blanket (Mama Dee's color).  She is riding in style!  Look at her gallop stance!

IT'S CHRISTMAS!!!!!!!!!!!!

We had a very Merry Christmas this year!  On the Eve of Christmas Eve, we attended our annual Dekle Family Christmas (this year was at Jana & Jim's house [cabin] in Dixie) and then on Christmas Eve, we attended church service with our Dempsey Family.  We spent the night at their house and then woke up to a fun Christmas morning with the Dempsey girls!  It was like reliving Christmas at our house many years ago with our three children.  Lots of screams with excitement!

We drove home and then went to have Christmas with Adam, Julie, Pax, and Gracie.  Fun all over again!

We face-timed The Wagner Family and wished them a Merry Christmas!

Wow!  We have some very good grandchildren because Santa Claus brought them lots of toys and gifts this year!  Thank you, Santa!  See ya next year!

It's Christmas Eve and my thoughts turn, once again, to my mama.  Yesterday, Wesley and I, along with Braylee, Belle, and Palmer drove out to Oak Grove Cemetery to deliver Mama Dee's Christmas present.  We placed a turquoise ceramic bird on her grave.  We talked about Mama Dee and shed a few tears.  I love that the great-grandchildren still talk about Mama Dee and love her so much.

Here is a Christmas present to myself.  I love you, Mama, and miss you more than you know.

Wagner Christmas Fun!

The Wagner Family joined The Grinch on Ice and it made for some great family pictures!  Mary Aaron tried out her ice skating skills, and it started out well, but did not end so well!  This video is hilarious!  Maybe next year!

Gracie - 10 months old!

Gracie is ten months old and can pull up very well, crawl about as fast as we can walk, knows just what she wants, points, beginning to eat some table food, and knows what you mean when you say, "cookie?"  She loves a cookie!

Gracie does NOT like for her diaper to be changed or to be put into a car seat.  She is too busy to be still 💖💖

Gracie loves shopping at Publix and eating a GoGo Squeeze!
