Palmer Lost Her First Tooth!

Our precious Palmer is just a baby!  Lost a tooth already?  Couldn't wait until 6 years old?.....lost her 1st tooth at 5 years old!

Anabelle - SUPER READER

Anabelle received a SUPER READER award (1st grade) presented by the assistant principal.  She exceeded her goal in reading books and passed all of the tests.  Very good job Anabelle!  She received a trophy and was super excited!

Adam killed a turkey on the first day of turkey hunting!  GO ADAM!!

Visiting Harrison at R.B. Wright Elementary

The Dempsey girls were on Spring Break and surprised Harrison for lunch (and then on for a little shopping downtown on the square)!

Platinum Dance

We spent the weekend in Jacksonville at Braylee's dance competition.  Here are a few pictures.  Braylee did a great job and we enjoyed every minute!  She is so graceful and beautiful and her stage presence is awesome!

Cookies by GRANDS!

Today was a great day with four of our grands!  The Dempsey Ducklings' last day of Spring Break.  We picked up Pax from preschool and then went to the Dairy Queen for lunch and ice cream.  Afterwards, we headed back to the house to decorate Easter cookies.  I had already baked the cookies and they decorated them with some great designs (all on their own)!

Anabelle made a very special cookie for Mama Dee.  She made one with a cross and even used her favorite color for the cross (turquoise). She asked me if I would tie a balloon to the cookie so that it could fly up to heaven so Mama Dee could eat the cookie.   Sometimes, it's the little things that make me so emotional.  What tears this brought!  It makes my heart smile to know how much my grands still think of Mama Dee.  Just about every time I see Palmer, she tells me that she misses Mama Dee.  Also, whenever Pax sees a butterfly, he screams with joy........MAMA DEE!  I almost believe he actually sees her!  It always catches me by surprise.

I hope that one day my GREAT grands (don't have any yet) will think of me and love me as much as my grands love Mama Dee.  She made such an impact on their little lives.  I am a very proud Mama Lou, because I know, my children are the ones that have continued to make Mama Dee a presence in their lives.  The influence Mama Dee made in their lives, has been passed down to their children.  What a legacy Mama Dee left for all of us.

A cookie for Mama Dee!

Visiting Harrison at School

The Dempsey Ducklings surprised Harrison with a Chick-fil-A meal and then off to a little shopping.  The Dempsey's are on Spring Break.

Mary Aaron - Rainbows

Mary Aaron's pre-school class learned all about the beauty of rainbows and she really got in the spirit!

Harrison - Colquitt County Steer Show

Pax and I went to our local steer show to watch Harrison show his steer.  Pax was a little afraid of getting too close to the cow, but he enjoyed watching.  Harrison is following in his mama's footsteps with showing cows in the steer shows.

Gracie Ryan - 1 month

Our Little Princess Grace is one month old and just a living doll💘  What a beautiful baby girl!  Love her to the moon and back!

Gracie Ryan got to meet her Dempsey cousins for her one month old birthday.

Gracie Ryan

Here are a couple of latest pictures of our Princess Grace.  More to come VERY SOON!
So far, she is looking like her mama.  Yay!

Palmer ~ T-Ball

Palmer is playing T-Ball this year.  I bet she is going to be the athlete of the Dempsey girls!  That girl can throw the ball like her mama!

CORVETTE MAN!

I am SO PROUD to announce that Wesley bought a red corvette!  He sold his corvette 29 years ago so he could pay off some debt before we got married, and now, he has a corvette again.  I couldn't be happier for him!  He so deserves this!  A good-looking man in a good-looking sports car!  Watch out world!

Britni and Dwight enjoyed a ride too!

Harrison - State Steer Show

Harrison's steer, Rita, recently participated in the Georgia State Steer Show in Perry.  He did very well for his first state show (except he had a very bad nosebleed due to allergies, but it stopped right before show time)!

Baby John

Just look at our Baby John all dressed up for church.  He is 7 months old.  Can't wait to see this baby boy soon!

Snow Day With Mary Aaron

Mary Aaron gets to play in the snow a lot during the winter.

Mary Aaron's First Hair Cut

Mary Aaron's hair was literally down to her waist so several inches were cut from her hair.  It still looks great and hope those natural curls will bounce right back!

An Afternoon With The Dempsey Girls

Enjoyed a quick trip to Tally for a beautiful afternoon stroll by the lake.
