Back Yard Super Bowl Fun!

The Dempseys challenged their friends, The Whitfields, to a flag football game on Super Bowl Sunday.  The Dempseys did not win.....ouch!!  Baby Palmer scored a touchdown though!  Smart strategy!  Give the ball to the baby and nobody will touch her!

The Dempsey Family showed up with their "game on" including the black under their eyes.  Well, there is always next year for the Dempsey Family!

Palmer - 4 months old

Our little granddaughter, Palmer Grace, is 4 months old and such a happy baby.  She is beginning to laugh out loud and cooing up a storm!  This is Britni's third and final child and she is holding tight to this one!  She is NOT sharing this baby!  I can't get her to let Palmer spend the night with Mama Lou and Papa.  Oh, I just want to squeeze this baby girl!  I need some Palmer love!

A Walk Down Memory Lane - Then and Now

I remembered that I had saved some very special dresses that my girls wore when they were little girls, so I went up to the attic and found the dresses.  I had tears through most of these memories.

Tennis - Am I Seeing Double?

Oh, me....Oh, my!!  What memories this brings back from Britni's tennis days, and now, here is my granddaughter playing tennis?  Braylee is five years old now and her mother was seven years old when she started playing tennis, so Braylee is getting an early start and we are hoping that she will "fill" her mother's shoes!

Future Bride!!

I went up to the attic to fetch some clothes that I had saved from when my children were little and in the bottom of the box, I found an old wedding dress of mine.  Braylee wanted to try it on, so I washed the wedding dress in the washing machine (after all, it had been packed up for over 35 years).  Braylee is holding Rosemary's dried wedding bouquet and wearing Rosemary's wedding veil!

I'M BACK!

I just found out today that the reason that I could not post pictures to my blog is because of the Internet Explorer browser.  I can post pictures using CHROME instead!  Therefore, I am back!!

Belle is tired after an afternoon of dancing.  Life is tough being a princess!
