Pax ~ First Day of 1st Grade!

Pax had a great first day of school!  He was very excited this morning about school.  He loves his shark backpack.  I pray you have many Happy Firsts in 1st grade!  We love you!

Happy 12th Birthday, Braylee!

Turning 12 years old is a big deal!  Today is your day, Braylee!

Braylee had the most amazing day!  It started off with a day of shopping with her mama and then off to Thomasville for dinner that evening with her dance team.

Then, the evening after her birthday, the celebration continued with lots of friends!  Braylee celebrated her birthday for two days!

Happy 2nd Birthday, John!

Today is John's two-year old birthday!  He had a "Splash" themed birthday party this past weekend and it was a big SPLASH!  Everybody had lots of fun!

John is such a big boy!  He weighs as much as his 4 year old sister!  GO JOHN!

On the day of John's birthday, they went to the zoo in Indianapolis!

Happy 65th Birthday to ME!

What a wonderful birthday I had!  My husband took me out to eat at my favorite restaurant, Texas Roadhouse, for dinner to celebrate the night before (while I was still a young chick at 64).

Then my birthday morning started off with Adam bringing me two bouquets of roses (orange and pink) and balloons.  Rosemary, Bryce, Mary Aaron, and John facetimed to send me birthday wishes.

Next, I left to go to the beach with Britni, Braylee, Anabelle, and Palmer.  When I arrived at their house, the birthday music started blasting and everyone was doing the birthday dance!  Dwight was there to wish me a Happy Birthday too, but no dancing:).

We spent a GLORIOUS weekend at PCB and the water was the clearest I had ever seen!  It was crystal clear as far as you could see!  We spent the entire weekend celebrating my birthday!  The weekend ended with a day at Shipwreck Island with LOTS of people from Tallahassee.

I love my family!  They all made me feel so special so turning 65 was a pleasant experience!

The Movie Theater and Hanging Out Together

Once our beach trip was over and we were back home, we took John, Mary Aaron, and Pax to the movies to watch Pets 2.  It was John's first time at a movie theater and he really enjoyed it!  He sat in his mama's lap for the first hour, and then since we were the only people in the theater, John got up and sat on the stairs.  He would stand up, shout and motion with his hands at the big screen.  He got SO into that movie!  He kept on and on telling those dogs to GO!
