Anabelle made the girl's Deerlake Middle School softball team! She is in the 7th grade and did not play last year because of dancing and cheering, but this year, she gave up both of those activities because she wanted to play basketball and softball, so making the team is a BIG deal!
My first little luvs are all grown up (Britni, Rosemary & Adam), but they have blessed me with FIVE granddaughters and TWO grandsons, .....Braylee (19), Anabelle (16), Palmer (14), Mary Aaron (11), John (9), Paxton (13), Gracie (8), and daughter-in-law, Julie, and two son-in-laws, Dwight & Bryce . Our lives are so enriched with such beautiful children and grandchildren.

Braylee - Paging at the Capitol
Braylee has the opportunity to page in the House at the Capitol this year. She paged in the Senate last year and getting a taste of both. She has made so many new friends and loves it, but says politics is not for her:).
Just look at this beauty at the Capitol in Tallahassee!
Happy 6th Birthday Gracie Lou
My little Gracie Lou is six years old today! She is still a doll-baby and as adorable as she was the day she was born! Happy Birthday! 6 years old is a big deal! She just keeps getting better and better!
NOTE: I'm so sorry that I can't even give Gracie a hug or see her on her birthday. I have the flu:(

Daddy Daughter Dance
Gracie AND Mary Aaron had their annual Daddy-Daughter dance on the same night and what a blast they had!
This is such an important date for a girl. It's the beginning experiences of what it's like to get all dressed up in her princess dress for her Prince Charming to take her out for dinner and dancing.... something that is so important to a little girl. The day is filled with great anticipation of putting on her new princess dress, shoes, makeup (just a tiny bit), hairdo and waiting for her Prince Charming at the door. She is SO beautiful...she feels it! It's one of the most special days of the year!
These daddy's are going to have a very hard time one day watching their little girls go out the door on their first date with another guy;)

| I love this picture. Now, that's the way a date is supposed to arrive at the door..... with flowers in hand (may the dates in her future take note)! |

| The highlight of the evening was that each little girl and her daddy were introduced and they got to walk across the beautifully decorated stage. |

The Wesley Sauls Team Member Of The Year Award
I just returned from Elkhart, IN., the home office of Lippert, where Wesley worked for 48 years. Wesley's company named an award after him and after Wesley passed away, his boss asked me if I would present the 1st annual Wesley Sauls Team Member of the Year award to the next recipient. I was honored!
I was very nervous because I had to speak in front of about 100 people, but I prayed and prayed that God would give me the strength to talk about my husband without being a blubbering mess. I did tear up two or three times, but I did it and I was so proud to talk about my husband.
I just wanted to make my husband proud. I sure hope Wesley was watching and standing right there beside me. I MISS MY MAN! MY ROCK! MY HERO!
