Mary Aaron's Tonsilectomy

Mary Aaron had her tonsils removed this morning and was all smiles BEFORE the surgery.  Mama and Daddy did a great job of preparing her for what would happen and the nurses said that she was smiling and thanking them right up until they put her to sleep.  She was a very brave little girl and we are so proud of her!

Mary Aaron is doing great so far and she is going to love all of the ice cream and popsicles that are in store for her for a few days!

No more tonsils!!  The doctor said that her tonsils were the size of ping pong balls!  Poor baby had gotten to where her oversized tonsils were interfering with her eating and sleeping because they were so large!  I just want to pick her up and hold her tight!  I wish Papa and I could have been there.😞

Home now and will start feeling better soon!
