Halleluiah!!! 2020 is OVER! HELLO 2021!
2020 was a very bad year for our country because of a global pandemic called COVID-19. A very deadly virus that China released worldwide. In the United States alone, over 20 million people were affected by COVID19 with around 350,000 deaths in 2020.
So far, only Rosemary and Bryce have had the virus in our family. A vaccination has recently been approved by the FDA and Wesley and I hope to be eligible to take the vaccination very soon. Our country is not "out of the woods" yet and the virus is worse than ever at this time, but hopefully, with the vaccination on the horizon, the virus will soon be on its way out of our country.....and the world!
As always, Britni, Rosemary and Adam called us right after midnight to wish us a Happy New Year. They always race to see who calls us first and Rosemary won this year! LOL! I love that tradition and hope that our children never grow out of calling to wish us a Happy New Year.
