Thanksgiving was a little different this year. We did NOT have the traditional Dekle Thanksgiving, but had a Dekle Family Fun Day instead:(
Also, The Dempsey's spent Thanksgiving with Dwight's family and The Anderson's spent Thanksgiving with Julie's family, but the good news is......The Wagner's spent Thanksgiving with us!
We had a delightful Thanksgiving Day that began with watching the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade and then we had a delicious lunch and later went to the traditional "Lights, Lights, Thanksgiving Night" at Downtown Moultrie. Rosemary and I were the only ones that went downtown to watch the courthouse lights turned on at 6 p.m., which began the Christmas Season and it was so much fun!
Rosemary and Kay left on Friday to go to the Georgia/GA.Tech game (UGA won) on Saturday so they spent a couple of days in Athens.
Bryce, Mary Aaron and John were supposed to go to Brock's for the weekend but Mary Aaron had "Hand, Foot and Mouth" virus so they had to stay at home.
The Dempsey Family traveled on to Chattanooga to ride the "Polar Express" and they all looked so cute in their matching pajamas (all of the Dempsey Family went and wore matching pj's).
Adam had just returned on Wednesday night (wee hours of Thursday) from Kansas. He had been on a hunting trip (deer) for a few days.
Wesley and I attended the FSU/Florida Game (along with Melissa and Ansley) on the Friday after Thanksgiving.
We had a quiet, but busy Thanksgiving weekend.
