FSU/Florida Football Game

Florida State and Florida played against each other at home the day after Thanksgiving and Wesley and I attended the game, along with Melissa and Ansley.

WHAT A GAME!  That was the most exciting game we have been to in three years!  It was a nail-bitter game and it was right down to the final minutes/seconds on deciding who would win but FSU WON!!!!!!!!!

LOTS of fans stormed the field with excitement!  It was so much fun to watch!

Braylee, Anabelle and Palmer had to miss the football game
because they were busy riding the Polar Express Train so as
soon as they finished the ride, they found a place where they
could watch the FSU/Florida game from afar!
They don't usually miss a game!

Gracie - Singing

Gracie and her church class sang at our Lighting Of The Manager Scene this past Sunday night.  As always, Gracie was precious!

Aunt Rosie got to attend!

Pax and Football

Pax was chosen to be on the ALLSTAR football team and he played in the Turkey Bowl.  They got 2nd place.  It was Pax's first year playing football and he did so well!

Just look at how precious Pax was when he was about
18 months old and wearing a Packer football uniform!

Disco Night

Braylee attended a Disco Dance and she looked fabulous!  There's nothing like the 70's!  Everybody wants to go back to the 70's styles!  We were the BOMB!

Friendsgiving Lunch With Mary Aaron

Papa and I attended a Friendsgiving Lunch with Mary Aaron.  It's the first time in three years that people were allowed to attend lunch at the school (since COVID).  It felt so good to be back again!  We had a picnic style lunch on the grounds.

Mary Aaron's friend, Luke, was in this picture.

Precious Memory

Just a memorable picture of Pax and Papa in church.

Thanksgiving 2022

Thanksgiving was a little different this year.  We did NOT have the traditional Dekle Thanksgiving, but had a Dekle Family Fun Day instead:(

Also, The Dempsey's spent Thanksgiving with Dwight's family and The Anderson's spent Thanksgiving with Julie's family, but the good news is......The Wagner's spent Thanksgiving with us!

We had a delightful Thanksgiving Day that began with watching the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade and then we had a delicious lunch and later went to the traditional "Lights, Lights, Thanksgiving Night" at Downtown Moultrie.  Rosemary and I were the only ones that went downtown to watch the courthouse lights turned on at 6 p.m., which began the Christmas Season and it was so much fun!

Rosemary and Kay left on Friday to go to the Georgia/GA.Tech game (UGA won) on Saturday so they spent a couple of days in Athens.

Bryce, Mary Aaron and John were supposed to go to Brock's for the weekend but Mary Aaron had "Hand, Foot and Mouth" virus so they had to stay at home.

The Dempsey Family traveled on to Chattanooga to ride the "Polar Express" and they all looked so cute in their matching pajamas (all of the Dempsey Family went and wore matching pj's).

Adam had just returned on Wednesday night (wee hours of Thursday) from Kansas.  He had been on a hunting trip (deer) for a few days.

Wesley and I attended the FSU/Florida Game (along with Melissa and Ansley) on the Friday after Thanksgiving.

We had a quiet, but busy Thanksgiving weekend.

Mary Aaron helped with some treats!

It was nice having some great help with cooking!

Dad carving the turkey.

Two precious turkey's!
