Gracie graduated from preschool and it was a happy and sad event all in one. We are all so excited that she graduated and will go to Norman Park Elementary Pre-K with her mama and Pax next year.
I have kept Gracie for four years and now I will no longer be keeping her since she will go to "big" school next year. I don't know what I am going to do without her.
Gracie is the ONLY grandchild that I have ever kept full-time because I have always worked, but I quit work and helped take my mama to the Mayo Clinic for her chemo treatments and stayed with her full-time the last two weeks of her life. Gracie was born six months later and I have been keeping her ever since.
This coming week is my last week with Gracie. She has brought so much joy and happiness to my life and has fulfilled my life in ways that she will never know. I love all of my grandchildren dearly, but Gracie was just what I needed after my mama's death.
Happy Graduation and I pray that I have been a great influence in your life and helped to nurture you and help you grow in the ways of the Lord.
